NFC Fuel Card

LAUGFS Petroleum introduced Near Field Communication (NFC) for the first time in the Sri Lankan fuel retailing industry, as a bold new step in enhancing the efficiency of fuel and fleet management for corporates.
The NFC fuel cards are offered in partnership with Dialog and Mobitel, and serves to eliminate the conventional manual fuel management processes used by companies. It deploys the latest technology to offer a range of benefits to its users including fast and secure transactions, effective monitoring of purchases, operational efficiency and cost reduction. Over 350 companies are currently served by this facility with 17,000 NFC card users.
The Dialog Touch mobile app has also been introduced for the convenience of NFC card users allowing them with real time monitoring of fuel usage data.
